At Reclaim Wellness we pride ourselves on creating lasting relationships with all of our patients as well as offering a supportive environment to assist you in healing. We also understand it can be difficult, due to a variety of circumstances, to make an in person appointment.
That being said, we would be happy to meet you in a “virtual visit.”
In these new modern times, telemedicine has been instrumental in helping people achieve their health goals remotely. With a virtual face to face “visit,” we are still able to establish a personal relationship, with the same in-person benefit, while discussing the areas of your health that matter most.
Together virtually, we can discuss a diagnosis and primary health concerns, establish health goals, prioritize an action plan to help you meet those goals, discuss laboratory results and solutions, suggestions for supplementation and dietary guidance.
Here’s How It Works:
Call to schedule your telemedicine appointment. We will send an email with a link to log into the secure video conference at your scheduled time. Your scheduled provider will log in from their end to connect, and you will begin your consultation. All telemedicine consultations are private, safe and HIPPA compliant.
***Telemedicine / Telehealth services will consist of providing you with information and suggestions that are intended to assist you and your health care provider/s in using natural means to support your immune system function and overall health. Telehealth education services are not intended to serve as a medical diagnosis or treatment of any kind (unless you are already an established in-person Florida patient).
